According to the information center of National Elites Foundation, the second call of the silk road science fund for financial support of joint projects of researchers from the two parts of the agreement in the field of cognitive sciences and other fields is published during April 21st-May 31st, 2017.



Enthusiasts in this regard can send their request for support in three forms of research projects, holding workshops and exchange of researchers. However, the priorities of the cognitive science field in this call are “cognitive rehabilitation” and “brain mapping for cognitive research”. In addition, the national brain mapping laboratory will be provided for researchers in the regulatory framework of laboratory services.



To obtain the support for joint research projects or training workshops, both Iranian and Chinese sides are required to send their request. However, the request of one side is sufficient for idea exchange (only with the agreement of the Chinese part). In this regard, the Chinese part must be a member of China Science Association. Moreover, the execution process will be held with the support of national science foundation, whereas evaluation and selection of requests in the field of cognitive science will be performed by the cognitive sciences and technologies development headquarters.
