Ladies! Gentlemen! Dear Scholars

Now is the time to remember; we must remember the golden era of science, when the scientists of the Islamic world have improved every aspects of our lives by relying on religious values. They have taught what they have learned and have divided it equally. The science and technology family of the Islamic nations has found its place in the whole creation and all countries and nations. They are the ambassadors of truth-telling and has considered kindness the most important part of science and research. In Islamic areas, the Muslims have welcomed the researchers of other religions, and in the lands of others, they have been grateful guests and beneficial scientists for the human kind. Therefore, what we have today is the result of that golden era.

Therefore, Muslims and citizens of the Muslim world know rightly that a return to the glorious past in science and technology is possible by changing the existing practices in the country. Most importantly, we must valuate the creative, young and unique human resources. Therefore, the historic presence of this young generation in the fields of science, technology and entrepreneurship comes at a time when fundamental changes in the culture and system of business and science and technology are taking place.

Dear Attendees!

Progress and excellence are the essence of Islam and of Muslims. Islamic countries need to know that they make progress if they support the innovations of their younger generation and provide them with a safe environment for innovation. We are now in a time when the development wheels of the Western world are slowing down. Their people have aged and have lost their motivation. Nevertheless, we see that despite the import conflicts and colonial wars, the Islamic world is still effective, young, and hopeful. It has not succumbed to the plots and plagues after years of being far from the golden science era. In such situations, the key solution is improving of the Islamic world and using the intellectual capitals and proper education of the young human resources. Wherever youth is present, vitality will also be a key factor. By finding the right place of this endless treasure (i.e., young human resources), the Islamic nations can nurture the scientific relations of Islamic countries. The scientific exchanges between Islamic countries act like large bridges that remain intact regardless of displacement of governments and huge political changes in the world.

Dear attendees!

Today, we have gathered to celebrate giving prizes to top scientists, which is associated with kindness and friendship, as the name implies. The science and technology Mustafa Prize is a holy excuse to sit together the nations that have been separated wrongly. We believe that the Islamic world deserves to obtain the first place in the scientific world and gather people active in disruptive technologies, such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, big data, space technology, biotech, nano, stem cells, and converging technologies.

This considerable prize is given to appreciate the work of those who expanded the knowledge borders in line with the promotion of general welfare. Iran has excellent international statistics in many fields of science production, such as medicine, engineering and engineering, and has created value as one of the members of the large Islamic world. Our successful young scientists and entrepreneurs can empower the country well in exchange with Islamic countries and put their brotherhood in the hands of the Islamic Ummah more than ever before.

With the help of the capable youth, the Islamic republic of Iran has been able to move forward in modern and advanced sciences such as nanotechnology, biotech and stem cells and go beyond western powers. This honor and position is obtained not by relying on oil and underground resources but by relying on human resources and the trust gained in this regard. The same model can be used in the Islamic world, which will lead to great results. Founded on the basis of humanity and human dignity, Islamic authority will be established and expanded throughout the world with the scientific cooperation of all Muslims. I wish God the Almighty for success in this field, which is not that far away.
