According to the information center of national elites foundation, Hossein Shojaei, the deputy of elites of the national elites foundation, mentioned that the audience of the foundation is talented children and adolescents during the 33rd meeting of heads of the provincial elites foundations, stating: one of the major goals of the national elites foundation is reminding the forgotten duties of other organizations active in the elite field.
He added: the national elites foundation does not have a custodian role in the executive field and only participates in the implementation process to get on the right track.
According to Shojaei, the programs designed and implemented in student field and deputy of elites must be generalized to all parts of the country after specialized assessment, first through tests and then at the provincial level.
The deputy of elites pointed out some features of elite programs at student level, asserting: the ability to generalize the outcomes of events is one of the important features of these programs. In addition, the programs must be repetitive and not dependent on an individual in order to be regularly implemented for a long time.
Shojaei affirmed: planning and designing various programs in the field of student top talents are very complicated. In fact, improper planning of events not only does not have positive outcomes, but also extremely damages the audience society.
He also marked: innovative programs can be performed in the student field. However, the important issue is working within the framework of the missions of the national elites foundation. In fact, provincial elites foundations can be innovative in designing and implementing programs if they work within this framework.
Pointing out Shahab National Program, Shojaei reminded: the program belongs to the national elites foundation. However, it was approved and issued by the board of directors of the national elites foundation and the president, respectively. Therefore, the ministry of education is required to implement the program.
Shojaei asserted: Shahab National Program is not considered a separate activity for teachers and has been designed in line with their missions.
Mentioning that the national elites foundation is not the place to promote science, he asserted: as hard as it might be, the elite path passes the student path. In fact, the elite path initiates by students.
In the end, Shojaei pointed out the special place of the national elites foundation, asserting: the foundation must validate the processes. In other words, the national elites foundation must act as a governance apparatus in its interact with administrative organizations.
