The specialized committee of Iran National Science Foundation has confirmed the support of 160 research projects of researchers, implementation of which will soon lead to observing their accomplishments in the society.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, support of 160 research projects was confirmed on the latest specialized committee meeting of Iran National Science Foundation.

The committee assesses the projects approved in the working group of the fund and prioritized projects are approved in the end.

Among the selected projects, 55 were PhD dissertations, 35 were post-doctoral projects, and 70 were research projects in various fields of medicine, technical and engineering, humanities, agriculture and natural resources, humanities, basic sciences, environment, health and climate.

Performing research projects by researchers and experts of the country is one of the paths that brings progress to the country. This is mainly due to the fact that technological and scientific achievements are introduced to the society by these studies. The fund has taken steps on this path by establishing various working groups so that the activities of the researchers of the country are accelerated by this type of support.
