on the technology ecosystem in the 42nd issue of the journal with
the title of “yes, the world can be concurred if working together”, evaluating
the issue in detail. In a part of this editorial, he writes: “the technology
ecosystem is not based on order and cannot be realized by forming regulations
and allocating budgets and measures taken by high-ranking authorities. Some of
our neighbors, which have a good income by selling oils and relevant products,
think that money and international collaborations can lead to the formation of
an ecosystem of art, science or technology. Meanwhile, a science and technology
ecosystem is established by natural and spontaneous interactions between
science and technology centers and scholars, which is why the establishment of
this ecosystem requires vitality and happiness.
