According to the information center of national elites foundation, one of the goals of the deputy for management development & resources is facilitating the formation of sustainable jobs for experts and educated human resources, which is only implemented with innovative approaches.

Therefore, the deputy for management development & resources has aimed to perform several national programs with the cooperation of the budget and planning organization, ministry of cooperatives, labor, and social welfare, and the national development fund.

These programs include "enhancing the production scale and employment of powerful knowledge-based companies", "providing a marketing platform for domestic manufacturing equipment (intelligent knowledge-based products)" and "developing the production of six knowledge-based transformational products".
