According to the information center of national elites foundation, Mahmoud Saadat Foumani, the vice president for the national elites foundation, pointed out the necessity of supporting the elite society during the meeting for signing a cooperation agreement between the national elites foundation and Sepahan Co, expressing: expanding partnerships with companies and active sectors of the country in various fields can provide long-term financial benefits to companies in addition to safeguarding the country's valuable human resources in service.

Saadat Foumani continued: manpower is the most important pillar in the various complexes, as all facilities and resources such as mine, factory, workshop, and machinery become obsolete after a while the passage of time will make the human force more experienced and efficient. That is why investing in human resources training is valuable.

Pointing out the necessity of guiding educational talents toward effectiveness in required parts of industry, the vice president for the national elites foundation affirmed: most research cores in Shahid Ahmadi Roshan project are managed by experienced academic professors, who have had successful experiences in the working group and in association with various parts of industry and society. Nevertheless, the presence of industry leaders in these cores as trainers and the deployment of cores in related sets will provide human resources in the future in addition to setting the stage for solving one of the industry problems.
