The project of creativity and entrepreneurship scientific friend
of female students was implemented with the support of the elite foundation of
Tehran.

According to the information center of national elites
foundation, the project of creativity and entrepreneurship scientific friend of
female students was held for ninth-grade students to develop the culture of job
creation and provide necessary educations to be successful in this area.

This event was held for 70 ninth-grade female students of Rey,
Varamin and Qarchak, who were selected through completing a questionnaire, with
the cooperation of a number of graduated elites of Sharif University of
Technology.

Various sections of this event included familiarization with
scientific establishment of business, various specialized types and difference
in necessities of each one, using different tests and games to recognize
talents and introducing solutions for strengthening the weaknesses.

Providing a guiding educational-occupational package with the
aim of finding talented individuals based on Holland's theory on personality
types was the final section of this three-day event.

It should be noted that this event was held with the cooperation
of office of exceptional talents and general office of education of cities of
Tehran province in order to meet the natural needs of talented students on a
scientific and spiritual level and enrich their searching spirit and creative
mind by the elites foundation of Tehran.
