The strategic technologies laboratory network has started its activity since 2014 with the goal of qualitative improvement and quantitative increase of lab services in the field of strategic technologies. During this time, it has been able to increase its customer club members to more than 67 thousand people in six years. In this regard, the network’s manager stated: every day, 300 new members are added to the club.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, In addition to laboratory centers affiliated to government organizations and various ministries, the strategic technologies laboratory network involves the lab centers of the private sector. Laboratory departments affiliated with a variety of research and higher education institutes, including universities, research institutes, research centers and the like, can operate on this affiliated network. Currently, the network has 550 sub-labs as definitive and trial members in 31 provinces and 67 cities.

Reza Asadifard, the manager of the strategic technologies laboratory network, added: more than 67,000 people and companies have joined the club and a mean of 300 new members are added to the customer club of the center every day. We will provide more diverse services with increase of customers.

According to Asadifard, more than five thousand laboratories share services in the network with more than 13,000 lab equipment.

Every year, laboratories affiliated with the strategic technologies laboratory network have experienced about 40% growth in performance on average. The network has experienced a growing trend in some indicators, such as customer satisfaction and performance improvement.

In this regard, he affirmed: most laboratories affiliated with the network received customer satisfaction ratings above 70%.
