Dehghani: Productive and stimulating engine of the oil industry is the elders and experienced people/ Create a national laboratory network in the oil industry.
The first conference and exhibition of knowledge-based technology management in Iran's oil industry was inaugurated with the presence of the Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy.
Rouhollah Dehghani, Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy on this technological event aimed at infiltrating technology and facilitating the introduction of knowledge-based companies into the oil industry to address challenges and identify opportunities, said: "When pointing science and technology, we talk about abstract definitions and move towards its true concepts that are the key to the country's progress. That is, we have to speak and act believing, because science and technology is the only area whose value added is several times more than other areas. The oil industry, as one of the most important and strategic industries, should pay special attention to science and technology.
"The current executives of the oil industry have proven to believe in value creation and wealth and value of technology, and large agreements have been signed between the Vice-Presidency of Science and the Ministry of Petroleum to supply equipment and applied parts in the industry, which has a major impact on technological development." The industry will have the country's self-reliance and market for knowledge companies.
Pointing out that there have been many concepts in the country over the past few years, he added: Innovation centers, science and technology parks, accelerators and so on are among the concepts that can be claimed that Iran has defined the most concepts that is not effective.
The head of the National Elites Foundation continued: In the past, these concepts were thought to be the problem of the country alone, while they were unaware that these concepts before the physical space; are about the brains and are a method. So, we have to revise these concepts.
"These centers should be established in the heart of the industry," he said. In the world, any sustainable relationship between industry and manufacturers to create technological solutions is called the Center for Innovation and formed in the heart of the industry.
Dehghani also said: "When we talk about the Innovation Center, we remember an industry that innovates to compete for people's products and services." In the big industries, we need to use coaches and mentors who have gained efforts and experience in these industries for many years. Young people may be able to coach and lead in the digital economy, but in industries such as oil, we need to use experts and experienced owners to guide.
The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy emphasized: Innovation centers formed in the industry are creating innovation for the propulsion of related industries. Innovation also means the creative combination of several technologies that leads to the production of a new and functional product. Therefore, the concept is first introduced in an industry that deal with the real problem and challenges of that field. Innovation will eventually lead to a creative design that meets the real needs of industry.
He described the definition of technological issues at the heart of large innovation centers and said: These centers provide knowledge-based companies to existing issues to produce technology and their product or services on the basis of production issues or production issues.
He described the university's connection to the industry along the same route, adding: "Knowledge-based company also needs scientific research to produce its product that meets its need to connect to universities and research centers." This is how the industry is connected to the university without direct and inaccurate communication and a sustainable connection between them. In the industry relationship chain, we need five actors, industry, innovation center, knowledge-based companies and universities.
Dehghani continued: In the oil industry, supply-based methods are not responsive and the experience and ability of experts and experienced people in the industry should be used, and there are large and realistic innovation centers that are private or quasi-private. These centers are the bridge between industry and knowledge-based companies.
Necessity to establish a national construction and supply network
Pointing out that the oil industry has a lot of access to valuable laboratories and equipment that should strive to create a national laboratory network in the country, he said, this huge infrastructure can with the help of knowledge-based production jumps to solve strategic issues.
The Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy added: "In recent years, knowledge-based companies have registered many productions as cargo wagons and we have a duty to raise their activities." Creating technology giants in large industries is one of these rails that these giants can guide knowledge-based companies in the right direction and reflect on real problems to provide technological solutions to problems.
He added: "The productive and stimulating engine of the oil industry is the elders of the industry." Old and experienced professors, researchers, and activists in this field must encourage the creation of great technology giants and technology giants in the oil industry to help students and youth in the field guarantee the knowledge of the oil industry.
