Start of the third phase of Pardis Technology Park in the presence of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, minister of road and urbanization, governor of Tehran and deputy of diplomacy of ministry of foreign affairs will increase the pace of development of “Entrepreneurship Pardis”.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, less than a year from the presence of the president in Pardis Technology Park, we witness the start of construction of the third phase of Pardis Technology Park in the presence of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, Mohammad Eslami, minister of road and urbanization, Mohseni Bandpey, governor of Tehran, and Gholamreza Ansari, deputy foreign minister for economic diplomacy, as well as country’s and province’s authorities.

During the ceremony, Sattari talked about the determination of all sectors of the country to boom the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship, stating: the country's leading decision-makers are now on the path to developing a knowledge-based economy and are aware of its importance. Other sectors need to support this process of developing the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.

The president of the national elites foundation mentioned that the goals of developing areas such as Pardis Technology Park must be determined. In this regard, he added: success of a city such as Pardis depends on turning it into a place for recruiting elites. Today, Pardis Innovation Region is a place for knowledge-based companies to lay the foundation for attracting top talents from the top universities in the world and in Iran.

The vice president for science and technology affairs regarded the innovation areas a foundation for recruiting elites, innovative employment and formation of value added.

Sattari reminded the role of all organs in improving knowledge-based businesses, adding: without a doubt, the advancement process will be accelerated by the cooperation of various sectors, such as ministry of road and urbanization.

The vice president for science and technology affairs also explained the development of Pardis Innovation Region with the help of Azad University, continuing: the technological development of the city based on the innovation region will be expanded with the cooperation of Azad University with the Vice-Presidency.

Inauguration of Construction of Entrepreneurship Pardis

The construction of the land and infrastructural establishment of the third phase of Pardis Technology Park was inaugurated in a 21-hectar place with 82 sections.

The contract for the construction of these parts will be prepared by Shams Omran Company within one year.

Construction of pedestrian passages, water and sewage distribution networks, electricity and lighting stations, pumping tanks and transmission channels will be finalized over the course of the project over a 12-month period at a cost of over 700 billion rials.

To complete Phase three of the project, more than 70 executives and more than 50 machines are required, bringing the project to 2 and a half percent.

New Buildings Have Reached Knowledge-based Companies

In addition, along with 17^th meeting of Pardis Technology Park, construction of three knowledge-based companies in the center was inaugurated by Sattari, Bandpey, Mohammadzadeh, deputy minister of oil in engineering affairs, Mafi, the representative of people from Tehran, Rey and Shemiranat, and Ansari, deputy of foreign minister for economic diplomacy.

Knowledge-based companies of Evar Plast, Arkan Ara Tejarat Alborz, Pioneer Research Anahita, active in areas of production of industrial heaters, medical equipment, hospital, initiated their knowledge-based activities in new buildings.
