Mahmoud Sa’adat Foumani stated: there are many top talents in various fields in the country, who can make progress in community with their move, if flourished properly. Meanwhile, lack of flourishing of these talents is a type of human capital loss in the country.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, the core elite meeting of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan project was held in the presence of the vice president and deputies of the national elites foundation.

Sa’adat asserted: the idea was initially expressed by the Supreme Leader of the country, who emphasized the necessity of forming elite cores in this field, which is capable of solving the actual problems of the country.

Sa’adat emphasized: attempts will be made to engage all provinces of the country in the fifth round of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project.

Pointing out the goals of the event, the vice president of the national elites foundation affirmed: educating and empowering students in the form of solving a real problem, development and dynamic and continuous monitoring of talented under the supervision of capable experts, guiding talented students to identify strategic issues of the country, creating a network of related talented students, increasing social skills and students' self-confidence Increasing the support of the executive bodies and scientific centers and the private sector to the chosen ones are the main goals of this project. However, the most important goal of this project is to train and support specialized human resources.

He also mentioned: resolving the issue with the help of the steering committee and employers, selecting core members from among the registered persons, creating the necessary capability in the members for activists in the specialized field, creating synergy and convergence among the core members, which is completely different due to differences in university and even group type and field. It is necessary to refer to specialized and general advisors for the growth of members as well as to encourage core members to use training courses.

In addition to pointing the criteria for issues, he marked: knowledge and technology-orientation, transparency and clarity, as well as the ability to execute at the specified time and power, are the most important features of the problem. In addition, the defined problem must be scalable, and people must be able to generalize the issue to the fundamental needs of the country. These issues are defined in Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project only when they are within the framework of the actual needs of the country.

Pointing out the cooperating units in the project, Sa’adat stated: IRIB and environment, the ministry of science, research and technology, the ministry of ICT, research institutes and knowledge-based companies are the most important units cooperating with the project.

He continued: the professors of the project have been selected with the cooperation of the research vice-chancellors of universities and the authorities of elite foundations of provinces, and some of the professors are selected from the previous rounds, who can upload their proposals from July 15^th, 2020.

Those proposals that have been assessed by the professors themselves will be evaluated in specialized committees in the judging stage, which is a kind of prioritization stage, and at the end of September, the proposals in the fifth period of this project will be selected.

He also mentioned: public workspace and office facilities, the possibility of benefiting from specialized and related consultants, granting elite points and technical credentials, the cost of making raw materials or buying books, and helping with the cost of attending conferences or seminars, as well as providing help with general and specialized education, are some sponsorships of the national elite foundation.

In the end, Sa’adat expressed: Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project will be implemented in three three-month phases and the elites must provide a report of their performance at the end of each three months. Evaluating the activities of people and their ability, evaluating the status of the project and the progress of the work, as well as evaluating the improvement plans and proposals, are among the most important measures in these nine months.
