Pointing out the need to develop innovation regions in the country, Sattari emphasized the serious determination of the Vice-Presidency in increasing the number of these regions.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, expressed on the opening ceremony of business innovation center in school of management of University of Tehran: expansion of innovation regions in Tehran has been seriously followed up, for which we have had negotiations with Tehran municipality.



Sattari continued: however, reaching consensus in this area requires time. Nevertheless, there is a positive attitude toward the success of this area.



The vice president for science and technology affairs continued: we hope that good accelerators are formed from the heart of academic environments so that the innovation region of the whole country could be developed.



The business innovation center of school of management of University of Tehran was opened in the presence of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs.



The center will become a knowledge transferring platform from university to industry. In this context, the creative ideas of students of University of Tehran will help the provision of technological needs of the country.



The center is prepared to provide a space for 25 innovative teams so that the commercialization process of innovative ideas is accelerated by supporting these teams and introducing them to investors.
