According to the communication and information center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Ruhollah Dehghani and Denis Manturov discussed and exchanged opinions about the fields of cooperation between the two countries in various fields of technology.

In this meeting, which was attended by Kazem Jalali, Iran's ambassador to Moscow, and Andrey Fursenko, scientific assistant to the President of Russia, Manturov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, while pointing out the expanding bilateral cooperation in the automotive industry, automobile spare parts, aircraft manufacturing, medicine and medical equipment and the space field as the areas of interest for cooperation between the two countries.

In this meeting, Dehghani also evaluated Russia as a prominent country in various fields and considered the cruel sanctions as the basis for Iran's progress, especially in the technology and knowledge-based sectors.

The Vice President of Science also announced Iran's readiness to cooperate in various fields, including health and hygiene, knowledge-based equipment, environment and healthy and sustainable food, energy and the field of transportation in the shipbuilding, automobile and aircraft sectors.

At the end of this meeting, the parties agreed to follow up the areas of interest as soon as possible by creating specialized working groups in different departments.

The Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy arrived in Moscow on Tuesday at the official invitation of the Russian Deputy Prime Minister. Meeting with Andrey Fursenko, the scientific assistant of the President of Russia, and visiting some scientific and technological centers were among the other plans of Dehghani in this trip.
