The deputy of culture of the national elites foundation pointed out the necessity of establishing a dynamic database of native elites in provinces, considering it an important factor for effective work in the field of meeting domestic needs and solving challenges.
According to the information center of national elites foundation, Aria Alasti, the deputy of culture of the national elites foundation, pointed out some of the missions and activities performed at the foundation during the video conference for the 33nd meeting of heads of provincial elites foundations, expressing: the culture of the national elites foundation headquarter has aimed to create a dynamic database of indigenous elites in addition to holding conferences and honoring ceremonies in cooperation with provincial elites foundations.
He continued: one of the main priorities of the next year in the field of provinces is recognizing those who have been able to be effective at the provincial and national levels. This identification must be carried out in the form of a database and dynamically in a way that the next activities of these people are regularly added to the database.
Alasti mentioned that the activities of the national elites foundation in provinces will mostly focus on the field of talented people. In this regard, he continued: serious efforts are being made in the field of elites to further their influence.
the deputy of culture of the national elites foundation asserted: the ongoing relationship between the elites and the provincial elite foundations must take place in the form of diverse processes.
Moreover, provincial elites foundations must have a deeper and broader relationship with the executive arm of the province in order to lay the foundation for using the capacity of domestic elites in case of confirming the existing needs.
Alasti also emphasized: laying the foundation for increasing the effectiveness of elites is not something that could rely on an organization or unit. In fact, it requires synergy and interaction with provincial executive organizations. This issue greatly depends on the activities of provincial elites foundations and their ability to interact with the executive arm of the province.
Alasti marked: problems and challenges may arise or exist in the province, but according to the existing database, there is no expert or elite to solve it in the province. The existence of these databases helps the province meet its needs by using the human resources of neighboring or contiguous provinces.
At the end, he emphasized: the activity of provincial elites foundations and their position must be in a way that the province’s executive arm would refer to them at first in order to meet needs and eliminate challenges through elite human resources.
It is notable that Hasan Salarieh, deputy of future making of the national elites foundation, Ehsan Chitsaz, deputy for management and resource development, and Hossein Shojaei, the deputy of elites, attended the meeting.
