The counseling workshop of “Healthy Life (Iranian medicine and healthy eating)” will be held by the efforts of the national elites foundation of Yazd Province.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, the counseling workshop of “Healthy Life (Iranian medicine and healthy eating)” will be held by the efforts of the national elites foundation of Yazd Province in line with holding approved programs for empowerment and training of the elite society and in order to familiarize them with proper life style.

The most important topics of the workshop include familiarization with the generalities of Iranian medicine (traditional medicine), correction of the surrounding air, affairs related to sleep and awakening, motion and rest (exercise and rest), dispose of waste materials from the body, affairs related to mental states, and regulations of water and food consumption in Iranian medicine.

It should be noted that the counseling workshop of “Healthy Life (Iranian medicine and healthy eating)” will be held February 12^th-14^th, 2018 at the location of the national elites foundation of Yazd Province.
