According to the National Elites Foundation's Information Center, Saeed Khodayegan stated that the term "national" in the foundation’s name reflects its duty to serve all segments of the elite community, regardless of physical limitations.

The deputy head outlined recent initiatives by the foundation to support individuals with disabilities, including inviting top students with disabilities to the "14th National Elites Conference" for the first time, participating in graduation ceremonies at "Fereshtegan University" (the region’s only university dedicated to students with disabilities), and providing material and moral support for the first National Scientific-Skills Olympiad for Students with Disabilities.

Khodayegan stressed that the foundation’s support for the Olympiad, endorsed by its president, focuses on covering operational costs and awards for participants. 

He expressed optimism that such national events would serve as platforms to identify, nurture, and elevate the skills of students with disabilities across various scientific and technical fields, further integrating them into Iran’s elite community.
