Speaking at a meeting with Iran's National Tax Administration, Afshin highlighted the ongoing development of specialized AI assistants for government agencies, aimed at streamlining involved processes and enhancing efficiency, the National Elites Foundation's information center reported. 

 

Afshin emphasized that the initiative is being carried out in collaboration with 12 leading universities and knowledge-based companies. The goal is to leverage AI to accelerate administrative processes, improve service delivery, and foster intelligent governance. 

 

The project is part of a broader effort to promote AI adoption across government sectors, starting with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance and the National Tax Administration. 

 

The AI assistant for the tax administration is expected to address challenges such as lengthy tax processes and the identification of new taxpayers. 

 

By utilizing big data and AI algorithms, the system aims to enhance accuracy, speed, and public satisfaction. 

 

Afshin noted that the platform is entirely domestically developed, ensuring data security and processing within Iran.
