Hossein Afshin mentioned a proposal similar to the alternative military service projects for elite men, aiming to provide equal opportunities for elite women in various fields.

According to the Communications and Information Center of the Vice Presidency for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy, Afshin made the remarks in a meeting of the National Elite Foundation's Board of Directors that was held on February 10. 

Key topics included the role of elite women in societal decision-making, fair budget allocation, low participation of women in impactful jobs, and eliminating gender discrimination in influential positions.

The meeting also discussed fair budget allocation between elite girls and boys, with solutions to eliminate potential discrimination.

Afshin also mentioned an increase in the National Science Foundation's budget, aimed at supporting academic projects.

The meeting concluded with a call for greater synergy between the National Elite Foundation and the Vice Presidency for Women and Family Affairs to achieve significant effectiveness in this area.
