According to the information center of national elites foundation, the first
national conference of “endowment and science and technology (pattern of
development and promotion)” will be held February 28^th 2018 with the
cooperation of research and development center of theology faculty of Shahid
Beheshti University, endowments organization and endowments organization and
other scientific organizations, hosted by Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

In this conference, the higher
authorities of the ministry of science, research and technology, ministry of
health and the Vice-Presidency, the headquarter of the macro science plan of
the country and the endowments organization, Astan Quds Razavi, and top
professors of universities will present lectures on the development and
cultural promotion patterns in terms of endowment and science and technology.

The topics of the first national
conference of “Endowment and Science and Technology” include determining the
necessity of development of endowment in the area of science and technology,
analysis of statements of Imam and leader of Iran about endowment in the field
of science and technology, determining the goals of endowment in this area
(schools, universities, research centers, scientific awards, support of elites,
innovators and commercialization of technologies, research grants,
strengthening of infrastructures for development of technology, and support of
technological units and new companies. Other topics of this event include
determining the role of endowment in realization of macro science and
technology policies and economy of resistance, evaluation of successful
international experiences in Islamic and non-Islamic countries, pattern of
development and implementation of discourse over endowment in science and
technology, and proper cultural pattern for development and promotion of
culture of endowment in the area of science and technology among various groups
(activists of science and technology field, endowments groups, non-resident
Iranians, and the public).

In addition, role of various players
(government, seminaries, activists of science and technology, and public
organizations) in development of endowment in the area of science and
technology, required strategies for development of endowment in the area of
science and technology, evaluation of management experiences for endowment in
various countries (Islamic and non-Islamic countries) and the role of science
and technology in restore and improvement of productivity of endowment are
other objectives of this event.

In addition, scientific and
technological solutions for restore and promotion of productivity of
agriculture endowments, holy shrines, water and other areas will also be
discussed on the first national conference of “Endowment and Science and
Technology”.
