Initiation of Registration for Competition Sections of the 14th National Sheikh-Bahai Technopreneurship Festival
According to the information center of national elites foundation, registration of the competition sections of the 14th national Sheikh-Bahai Technopreneurship Festival, which involves the designers of free and student businesses, technologists (such as new and developed and social impacts of technologists) and continuity of technology creation, is initiated.
National Sheikh-Bahai Technopreneurship Festival will be held with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs to promote and develop technology creation, creativity and innovation and introduction of technologists as the engine of development of knowledge-based economy and creation of an interaction space among the activists in various areas of technology creation.
The current area of activity for the festival involves domestic technologists of the country. However, the regional countries will be regarded in the future according to the mid-term perspective document. This festival will be held this May with a unique content and by science and research town of Isfahan.
This unique festival will be held to give credit to the activities of technologists in two competitive and non-competitive sections. The competition section includes business designers, technologists and investment opportunities with special content and referees. On the other hand, the non-competitive section include an exhibition and educational seminars to prove the claim of uniqueness of the festival in development and valuating technologists.
After three days of successful holding the festival in the area of entrepreneurship and its growth in the society and with regard to the change of the name and mission of the ministry to the ministry of science, research and technology, board of trustees of the town approved the new regulations of the festival and changed its name to the national Sheikh-Bahai Technopreneurship Festival.
Given the fact that Sheikh Bahaei Mohammad Ameli (Sheikh Bahaei) was one of the significant science figures of the Islamic world, whose origin of valuable science, culture and construction services was Iran, the festival was named after his name in order to commemorate him.
Statue of the festival has been designed, inspired by the characteristics of Sheikh Bahaei, and will be given to the top works of the festival as the national sign of technology in the presence of the ministry of science, research and technology and considerable figures of the country.
Registration for the competitive section of the 14th national Sheikh-Bahai Technopreneurship Festival, which will be held with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, is initiated. Enthusiasts of this field can register for the event until February 15th 2018.
