More than 90 percent of top talents in Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project demand continued cooperation
Saadat Foumani stated: the results of evaluation of the last three rounds of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project shows the high success of the plan in terms of empowering and recruiting the participated talented youth, in a way that more than 90% of the top talents demand continued cooperation.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, in line with familiarization with Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project, a meeting was held between the vice president for the national elites foundation and elites and faculty members of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences.
During the meeting, Mahmoud Saadat Foumani, the vice president for the national elites foundation, presented a summary of the policies and activities of the national elites foundation and explained the definition of elite and top talents from the perspective of the elite. He also described the generalities of the Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project, and indexes for selecting an elite professor and top talents.
He pointed out the necessity of creating an ecosystem to establish the knowledge-based economy, adding: the most important element to form a knowledge-based ecosystem in the society is using the committed and specialized workforce.
Saadat Foumani continued: therefore, the national elites foundation has attempted to train committed and specialized workforce by focusing on real challenges and needs of the country under the supervision of an experienced professor in the form of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project.
Mentioning the history of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project, he asserted: for the first time, the Supreme Leader pointed out the necessity of forming problem-solving cored between top talents and elites, according to which the foundation aimed to create these cores in 2016.
The vice president for the national elites foundation mentioned the schematics of an elite core, reminding: cores are formed of an experienced professor, talented students and graduates and a problem.
He also asserted: the first research cores were formed as pilot with six team in spring of 2017. In March 2017 and fall 2018, a team of 14 members and a team of 58 members were formed, respectively. In addition, 10 teams continued their work in Razavi Khorasan and Azerbaijan provinces.
Saadat Foumani affirmed that the third round of the project was held in September 2019, adding: now, the fourth round of the project is running using the experiences of the last three rounds.
In the end, the vice president for the national elites foundation considered education and empowering of top talents and students in the form of a real problem-solving event, training students, guiding and directing elite activities toward the required fields of the country, and increasing the spirit of self-belief as the goals of the event, reminding: the results of the evaluation of the previous three periods have shown the project's high success in empowering and attracting more experienced and talented professors, with more than 90% of those still in the project wanting to continue collaborating.
It is notable that at the end of the meeting, a Q/A session was held in the presence of Saadat Foumani, the vice president for the national elites foundation, and Mansour Shariati, the president of the elites foundation of Isfahan Province, and cooperating professors.
