During a meeting held in the national elites foundation, separate memorandums of understanding were signed between the national elites foundation with IRIB and ministry of information in line with the implementation of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, separate memorandums of understanding were signed between the national elites foundation with IRIB and ministry of information in line with the implementation of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project in the presence of Mohammad Saadat Foumani, the vice president for the national elites foundation, Mohammad Kharifkhani, the deputy of IRIB cyberspace, and Sattar Hashemi, the deputy of innovation and technology of ministry of information, and some deputies of the national elites foundation.  

During the meeting, Foumani emphasized the necessity of using the potential abilities of human resources in the country, stating: some of these people will work in partnership with government agencies, and others will continue to work in innovative private businesses.

He pointed out holding Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project to be in line with meeting the needs of organizations, emphasizing the necessity of focusing on the cultural aspect of studies to meet the needs of organizations.

Saadat continued: some of the requirements are in the technical areas that many of the country's elites are dominant in, and others are in the social sciences and humanities, where, unfortunately, less attention has been paid to the fields of humanities and social sciences. Meanwhile, organizations such as IRIB and the ministry of information needs the technologies of the field due to cultural issues.

He also marked: an important part of elites will work on the elimination of country’s needs by signing this agreement with IRIB. By doing this, in addition to meeting the needs of the organizations, the elite will also be assured that a good future is waiting for them.

Saadat also mentioned the necessity of attention to instructors and professors of elite cores, expressing: in order to empower elite cores, faculty as well as experts who are active in organizations in various scientific and technical fields, are active as an educator in elite cores. In this respect, the executive organizations are required to nominate individuals with extensive experience in various fields of science and technology to the National Elite Foundation for the selection of elite nucleus educators.
