During the visit of Azadi innovation factory, the minister of oil emphasized that this industry has no choice but to use the creative ideas of the youth, stating: attempts are made to enter creative measures and new ideas of the youth into oil industry.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, Bijan Zangeneh visited Azadi and Aban innovation factories and accelerator in line with the series of his visits focused on the support of knowledge-based companies.

During the visit, he pointed out that innovation factories are formed to create a small ecosystem, stating: hopefully, in the not too distant future, we will see the great success of these collections. If we want to have something to say in the future, we need to focus on these areas today, because the leaps in hardware and industries relying on natural resources such as oil are limited unless we rely on technology.

According to Zanganeh, today's most important need for empowering knowledge-based businesses is understanding the concepts, nature, type of activity and approach of these companies. In this regard, he added: today is the time to support knowledge-based and accelerators because they are at an early stage and need to be strengthened. Let us try and pave the way for these companies to mature.

The minister of oil mentioned that similar processes have been passed in the world and there are huge capacities to use the existing experiences in this field inside and outside the country. In this respect, he marked: if big industries are able to get their executives into this field of work, this can be done more quickly, especially since the activities of the scientists are not limited to engineering departments and can be exploited in various sectors.

After Azadi factory, Zanganeh visited Aban Innovation Factory, which is only active in the fields related to oil industry. Today, 20 startup groups are working under the supervision of an accelerator. In addition to in-person meeting with the managers of the center, Zanganeh visited different parts of the factory.
