Parviz Karami continued: This year, by approving the Law of Jumping Knowledge-Based Production in the country and naming the year as "Production, Knowledge-Based, Job-creating", it helped these measures to proceed more seriously and legally. This new law removes the challenges and shortcomings in the law approved in 2009. The implementation of this law in the country is a serious move that the steering and executive council of this law was immediately formed by the direct order of the president, and I can say that the next 10 years of the country will be set in motion by the knowledge-based leap production law.
Promoting cultural and national concepts with creative industries
The head of the Communication and Information Center in the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology, referring to the large market of creative and cultural industries in the world, said: the financial turnover of creative industries in the world is estimated at 2700 billion dollars and 50 million direct jobs are created by these industries in the world.
Parviz Karami also said: We need to develop the ecosystem of soft technologies and humanities in order to succeed in cultural fields such as introducing and promoting the Islamic Iranian lifestyle, active defense of the Islamic revolution, and the development of creative industries.

Eliminate the existing legal and administrative hurdles in the way of creative industries. Although this work was met with opposition and obstacles at the beginning, but due to the approval of the National Document for the Development of Soft Technologies in 1400 and the Law on Jumping Knowledge-Based Production and Clause 6 and Note B, legal obstacles have been removed this year. The environment for the growth and development of creative industries was smoothed in the country.
Adviser to the vice president of science and technology continued: Today, 1,600 creative companies, 75 creative and innovation houses, 10 innovation factories and 220 innovation centers are operating in the country, which is an indication of the development of the technology and innovation ecosystem in the country. Creative and innovation houses that have helped create jobs and develop creative industries in the country. During the provincial trips of the president, it has been approved that at least 5 creative and innovation houses should be established in each province, and the vice presidency of science and technology is trying to accomplish this mission with the help of the private sector.
Parviz Karami stated some of the goals of the formation of the ecosystem of creative industries as "developing and facilitating the creation of creative and innovation houses", "increasing employment, income and exports of creative companies", "improving the business environment", "protecting the domestic market", " "Effecting in different economic sectors" and "market development and product development" and "completion of the value chain of this field".
