Science cannot lead to elite nurturing without culture/the necessity of laying the infrastructures for development of the elite public diplomacy

Aria Alasti, the deputy of culture of the national elites foundation, had an interview with the information headquarter of the national elites foundation, where he pointed out the annual meeting of top elites with the Supreme Leader. During the interview, he stated: in these meetings, in addition to the Supreme Leader's guidance, the elite and the more talented elite sometimes point to very important points that could set new horizons for the path of the National Elite Foundation.

Alasti pointed out the topics of the speech of the Supreme Leader, adding: the strategies document of the country in elites’ affairs, which is approved by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and its implementation has been constantly emphasized by the Supreme Leader. During the meeting with the elite society, the Supreme Leader mentioned that if the document were accurately implemented, the elites and top talents would not have their current concerns.

The deputy of culture of the national elites foundation pointed out: this document is for the entire country and not just for the national elites foundation. In fact, in the strategic document of the country on elites’ affairs, all executive organizations and the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution have responsibilities. Meanwhile, the national elites foundation plays an important role in this area as a strategic unit.

He added: on this document, the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution should request a report from the National Elite Foundation on the performance of executives and then make a thorough evaluation of these functions.

Alasti also marked: before the change of the organizational structure of the national elites foundation, the strategic document implementation headquarter was active in the area of elites affairs, responsible for laying the foundation for execution of the document based on the participation of executive organizations. Although it could not initially achieve a significant result in its interaction with the executive agencies, it continued to play a good role by incorporating paragraph 64 of Article 64 into the Sixth Development Plan. According to this article, related institutions and bodies have their elite mission and duties in line with the country's elite strategic document, and have announced their plans to the national elites foundation so that in addition to the evaluation of the data, the results are presented to the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and the Islamic consultative assembly.

He also asserted: in order to achieve the goals set in the elite field and to fulfill the duties of the supreme leader in this field, paying attention to the country's elite strategic document and conducting its affairs is one of the requirements that all relevant institutions, including the National Elite Foundation and the Supreme Council.

In addition, organizations need to know that the action underlying this document is not just an addition to their organizational work and it is to promote the development of the organizations involved in the intrinsic mission.

Alasti mentioned: for the implementation of any document in the country, processes need to be formulated accurately and precisely so that the implementation of documents is not hampered due to managerial changes and due to lack of organizational memory of the country's management structure.

The deputy of culture of the national elites foundation pointed out the necessity of development of the public diplomacy from the perspective of the leader of the revolution.

Alasti reminded: the topic of elite public diplomacy is one of the issues highlighted in the country's elite strategic document as far as nine national actions from 70 actions of the document point out this area and the role of organizations.

In the end, he mentioned the support of the elite system by the Supreme Leader, affirming: the annual meeting of elites with the supreme leader is a unique opportunity for these individuals and opens new horizons in this field. The optimal use of this opportunity can result in reaching the determined goals in the field of elites in the shortest time possible.
