This law outlines the direction of the country's economy in the path of progress, and according to the new direction that this law will create, we will witness a significant change in the country's economy.

Emphasizing that the implementation of the knowledge-based production leap law first of all requires a culture, he continued: Efforts in recent years have provided a basis for the necessary preparation in the society for the implementation of this law. The support of the judiciary and especially Mr. Ejei in these years has been effective for the ecosystem of technology and innovation, and through cooperation, we were able to create the necessary legal infrastructure to help this field.

Also, the use of the capacity of the parties to exploit, the technological capability of knowledge-based and creative companies and the creation of specialized creative and innovation houses to provide the technological sector of the country's document and real estate registration and the development of the country's technology and innovation ecosystems in this memorandum is taken into consideration.

The creation of innovation centers and creative houses and innovation in the field of document and real estate registration, supporting the trademarks and signs of knowledge-based and creative companies, and identifying joint cooperation capacities are among the axes of this cooperation memorandum.
