According to the information center of national elites foundation, Hasan Salarieh, the deputy of planning and supervision of the national elites foundation, mentioned the necessity of directing scientific and research activities of the country toward the real problems of the community, expressing: the Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project is carried out to empower and increase the participation of top students in solving the country’s problems with the help of the national elites foundation.
He mentioned the necessity of guiding top talents and elites in the society, expressing: in this project, we use experienced professors and top industrial experts to recognize the problems of the country and establish problem-centered core elites with the cooperation of top students so that the issues could be solved scientifically.
Salarieh recognized the use of students’ ability to solve problems, guiding them to recognize strategic issues of the country, and creating student and elite networks as the most important goals of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project, adding: implementation of this project will increase trust in executive organizations, scientific centers, and the private sector and will improve the social skills and self-belief spirit of students working with the project.
Deputy of planning and supervision of the national elites foundation pointed out the benefits of cooperation with the projects, claiming: receiving a monthly financial aid, experiencing actual and interdisciplinary teamwork, using general and specialized educational courses, and applying research core credit under the supervision of excellent professors are among the financial and spiritual support provided to those working in Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project.
Salarieh asserted that the second round of the event was held in 2017, adding: in the second round, expert academics and top industry experts formulated the country's problems in science, engineering, medicine, and humanities in the form of 14 elite cores with the participation of top students to scientifically assess the issues in a determined period. Those participating in the project have formed 13 elite cores and have continued their research activities.
Mentioning that the third round of the event was initiated in October 2018 by the national elites foundation, he affirmed: due to the policy of elite circuits and the wide range of facilities available to talented and academics, expert proposals were presented during this period in the form of 63 elite cores.
Salarieh emphasized the problem-centered nature of the project, asserting: on the first call of the third round, 58 cores have been formed with research activities.
He also explained the necessity of empowering those cooperating with the project, considering educational workshops and courses a measure taken by the national elites foundation in this area.
In the end, Salarieh marked: in addition, given the necessity of empowering elites in innovative businesses, workshops on professional negotiation principles and techniques, effective communication, creativity and idea, capital management and capital market understanding, financial management for non-financial professionals, project management and planning, professional lecture and effective presentation and time management and stress management were held in the presence of those cooperating in Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project.
