According to the communication and information center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Ruhollah Dehghani, the Vice Presidenct of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, stated at the fourth meeting of the Knowledge-Based Companies Association: the expression of the experiences for experienced and level-headed businesses by level-based knowledge-based companies and empowering can lead to the creation of a single and coherent approach in supporting new knowledge-based companies. I assume that I study the latest experiences and achievements in the field of science and technology policymaking in the world. Other models and programs should be studied to implement a development model and pattern.

He stated that the association of knowledge-based companies can help shape a clear and smooth path for the development of knowledge-based companies, and continued: until now, the association has continued its path, but as a governing body, we requested that the knowledge-based economy driving companies club. I emphasized to the companies that I saw in the provinces that have these characteristics to become members of this association in order to benefit from the benefits of knowledge-based companies, and in fact, the private sector cabinet is the Vice Presidency of Science.

Referring to the advisory role of the association and its role in governance, Dehghani said: Examining global experiences is one of the approaches and functions of this association, which can assume part of the responsibilities of governance. The Vice Presidency of Science welcomes the adoption of both approaches by the association.

The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy, emphasizing the adoption of a suitable model for the development of a knowledge-based economy, said: in formulating a suitable development and strategic model, the similarities and differences with the development models of other countries should be taken into account. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the country's climate. This group should design and draw this model with a realistic approach, considering the accurate knowledge of the market, sufficient experience and maturity.

In another part of this meeting, Javad Mashayekh, the deputy for knowledge-based economy development, said: The expectation is that the association will reach a comprehensive model and format design, and we will move forward based on a focused and specific model. This association should form a special work for the development of knowledge-based economy in the form of this association with an extra-corporate approach with an independent idea and identity. We must design this model according to the political and territorial requirements of Iran. We must consolidate and concentrate the order and logic of the meetings and it is necessary to reach a model with multiple and synergistic meetings.

Reza Asadi Fard, deputy for development of knowledge-based companies, also stated in this meeting: In previous meetings, we tried to convert ideas and patterns into a simple and measurable structure. Thinking together and synergizing due to the newness of the association requires time and we must reach a common idea and clear indicators. The association should define a mechanism so that all companies with driving characteristics play a role in this association and this body reaches a body that can represent the knowledge-based ecosystem in national dimensions.

Reza Soltanalizadeh, head of the steering center for the development of the knowledge-based economy headquarters, also stated: We should see the association as a large infrastructure, where the goals, areas of activity and goals in this big family are clear. Also, we should look at the subject in a more specialized and practical manner in order to reach a specific conclusion.
