The vice president of the development of knowledge-based companies in the vice presidency of science, technology and knowledge-based economy announced: The permanent secretariat of the Abadiran national program welcomes knowledge-based companies, projects and ideas to remove deprivation throughout the year.
Reza Asadifard, vice president of the development of knowledge-based companies in the vice presidency of science, said about the reception of the target groups at the Abadiran exhibition on the first and second days of the exhibition: "Fortunately, the reception has been good both in the booth and the visitors. In this exhibition, we have 300 knowledge-based companies, technology and creative people who present their products. Also, 28 institutions that work in the field of deprivation are present in this exhibition, and we are trying to make a connection between these two sectors.
The secretary of the first exhibition of technologies and products to remove deprivation (Abadiran) stated: On the one hand, the set of institutions present at the exhibition in Abadiran expose the problems they have identified throughout the country to the attention of knowledge-based companies, and on the other hand, Knowledge-based companies present their capabilities.
He stated that many specialized meetings and panels were held in Abadiran exhibition, which were of the nature of presenting needs and capabilities, and said: We are trying to define and implement projects from these panels.
About the memorandums of understanding that were signed during the first two days of the exhibition, Asadifard said: We signed a memorandum of understanding with the association of school benefactors to equip and retrofit 200 schools in deprived areas of the country and with Jihad of Water Supply to supply drinking water to a thousand villages. We also agreed with the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee to create a hundred small-scale workshops with knowledge-based machines, and such events are regularly held at the exhibition.
The vice president of the development of knowledge-based companies stated: I hope that by the end of the exhibition, we will be able to involve a large number of knowledge-based companies in the projects. This will make these companies find a market and encourage their work, and also reduce the burden of the problems of deprived areas.
Referring to the memorandum of understanding that was signed on the second day of the Abadiran exhibition with the Omid Entrepreneurship Fund, he noted: On this day, a memorandum of understanding was also signed between the vice presidency of science and the employment vice president of the Ministry of Labor so that we can use our resources in the field of employment. Other collections are consulting, agreeing and signing memorandums with each other.
In response to the question of whether you have any plans to hold the Abadiran exhibition in other cities, Asadifard said: We do not currently have a plan in this field, but next year we will definitely hold the second period of this exhibition. In the second Abadiran exhibition, we are trying to implement these projects that we talked about. I hope that next year, in addition to presenting the new identified opportunities, we will be able to present a good and acceptable record of the successes that have happened in practice.
The secretary of the first exhibition of technologies and products to remove deprivation (Abadiran) stated that the issue of deprivation is not only a matter of governance and said: each and every Iranian people should feel responsible for deprivation and if an idea comes to their mind, they should present it.
He pointed out: We created a permanent secretariat of Abadiran programs in the vice presidency of science. This secretariat listens to ideas. That is, if someone does not have money and does not have a product, but has a good idea, he can visit this secretariat in person or correspond with it. In this way, a person can submit his ideas to the Abadiran Secretariat so that we can define projects and programs based on those ideas.
It should be noted that the Exposition of Deprivation Technologies and Products (Abadiran) aims to help the development of deprived areas by introducing the capacities of knowledge-based, creative and technological companies to respond to challenges, create sustainable employment, develop the market and facilitate the purchase of goods and services of these companies for deprivation during It was held on 13 to 25 June 2023 in Imam Khomeini Mosque in Tehran.
