Khouchakzadeh pointed out the necessity of increased cooperation of partners of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project with knowledge-based companies based in Pardis Technology Park, considering it a major factor for increase of elite occupations.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, in line with laying the foundation for acceleration of elite path and support of top talents to operationalize ideas and elite projects with the used of intraorganizational synergy, the head of the elite foundation of Tehran Province talked to the head of Pardis Technology Park in addition to visiting the center.

During the meeting, Khouchakzadeh pointed out the necessity of the move of the scientific community towards practical topics and research with the potential of commercialization explained the Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project.

Pointing out the necessity of communication with cooperative talents in the project in Pardis Technology Park and holding periodic views, introducing the top entrepreneurs and laying the foundation for their interaction with partners of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project, exploiting communication systems in line with informing park events to covered individuals of the foundation, cooperation in holding educational workshops and allocating special quota to talents present in Sadaf Project are among the most important areas of bilateral cooperation.

Introducing the different units of the park by the relevant managers, expressing supportive headlines for top talents and experts such as military service exemptions, occupation of elites outside the country, Sadaf Project, Takeoff project, internship and apprenticeship of top talents, implementing student theses in companies based in the park, specialized intellectual properties and patent services, supporting the establishment of businesses and granting motivational books and visiting Fara Teyf Pouya and Ide Kavan Sanat Pardis Co. are other parts of the program.

The areas of cooperation were evaluated by Kouchakzadeh, Safarinia, and managers of elite foundation in Tehran province and Pardis Technology Park.
