According to the
information center of national elites foundation, the opening ceremony of the
second course of the Shahid Ahmadi Roshan project was held in Shahid Shourideh
Complex in the presence of the deputy of the national elites foundation.

In this ceremony,
Mahmoud Sa’adat Foumani, deputy of the national elites foundation, pointed out
the high capacity of top elites that are included in this project, stating:
being trained is the first step toward effectiveness.

He added: medical
graduates must be trained in hospitals during their education, and engineering
students must pass internship courses in the industry. This is significantly
important since university cannot provide necessary education to reach an
effective level, and individuals must learn about their job and its future
demands and realities during education. 

Pointing out that
the Shahid Ahmadi Roshan project in fact supplements the academic educations,
Sa’adat continued: education, whether inside or outside of university, needs
professors so that trained individuals could use the management power of
professors, as well as their eloquence, behavior and ethics.

He pointed out the
increased level of creativity and idea making due to synergy and interaction to
be the result of the mentioned project, expressing: we must know that there is
a difference between good individuals and groups. In other words, the power of
an individual in the form of a team is more important than personal abilities.

Deputy of the
national elites foundation mentioned the necessity of continued education,
regarding the Shahid Ahmadi Roshan project as a proper opportunity for learning
of participants, affirming: in this project, individuals have access to more
comprehensive and extended education.

In the end, he
considered the most important factor for success to be efforts, reminding:
people are successful due to their efforts, which is more important than
talents and intrinsic capabilities. He also asked the participants to determine
their goals and use their maximum power to achieve them.
