In addition to the extensive domestic market, there are various opportunities in neighboring countries that can provide new customers for knowledge-based products in the innovation ecosystem of the country. The Vice-Presidency has held various events to familiarize knowledge-based companies with technical points of their activities in these countries.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, Iraq is one of the major export destinations for producers and exporters.

However, major changes in the country's laws and regulations, as well as the need to familiarize themselves with the various details of marketing and how to export knowledge-based products to the country, have made it necessary for knowledge-based companies to be trained by experts in this field.

Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, the organizers have been denied the opportunity to hold such events in person, so the center for knowledge-based companies held the event in the form of a webinar.

The webinar was held in the presence of Kaveh Daliri, the Director of the Iranian Knowledge-Based Products Export Base, and by the efforts of the center for knowledge-based companies.

Examining some of the challenges and opportunities for applicants to export knowledge-based products to the country was one of the topics covered in the webinar.

According to the webinar speaker, Iraq is divided into three major commercial regions (Kurdistan, Baghdad and Basra), where working in each of the three economic zones has its own characteristics and characteristics.

Examining the conditions of competitors such as Turkey and China was another topic discussed in this webinar.

The video file of this webinar and the PowerPoint file of the lecturer will be available to interested parties through daneshbonyan.ir website in the coming days.
