According to the information center of national elites foundation,  the innovative run-up
event will be held in the area of tourism, cultural heritage and handicrafts as
the first structured opportunity to use the collective intelligence in solving
the most basic problems of the society in this area.

This event will be held with the cooperation of the
innovation accelerator of the Vice-Presidency and by the general office of
cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism of Kurdestan, general vocational
education center of this province and TAK accelerator and BORNA research and
education institute.

“Dourkhiz” is a 3-5-day educational and practical program
containing several and interesting stages, where the challenges and issues of organizations,
businesses and industries will be presented within the framework of the event.
In addition, teams will participate in educational workshops, counseling and
monitoring programs and workgroups to solve these challenges by innovative
ideas.

What Will Happen in Dourkhiz?

The main goal of this event is creating an innovation
environment based on the current market needs.

In addition, actual challenges of organizations are
presented, followed by presenting ideas and selecting the best ideas. After
that, the teams are formed to turn their ideas into a primary product.

Dourkhiz, an Infrastructure for Facilitation of
Demand-driven Innovation

Participants of this event will learn about the challenges
and problems of businesses and provide creative ideas to solve these problems.
In addition, with regard to the actual nature of problems, participants move
toward the creation of an efficient business with lower risks. Moreover,
presence in practical workshops with regard to the lean startup method and use
of experiences mentors are some of the outstanding features of this event.

The innovative event of “Dourkhiz” in the area of tourism,
cultural heritage and handicrafts will be held February 28^th-March 2^nd,
2018 with the cooperation of innovation accelerator of the Vice-Presidency in
Kurdestan Province.
