According to the information center of national elites foundation,given the importance of
presence and role of creative and technological women in the society of science
and technology and necessity of formation of the foundation for development and
deepening of their roles in knowledge-based economy and with regard to the
capacities and abilities of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology
affairs and vice presidency for women and family affairs, a memorandum of
understanding was signed between Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science
and technology affairs, and Masoumeh Ebtekar, deputy for women and family
affairs, in order to create synergy and use the current and potential
opportunities.

Some of the main goals of this memorandum include “recognition
and introduction of creative and top women of the country, especially creative
mothers and spouses, for consolidation of the foundation of the family”, “empowering of
creative and technological women to achieve results in valuable ideas and
projects, especially female head of household”, “development of occupation for
creative women in knowledge-based companies, especially female head of
household”, and “cooperation to recognize and increase the capacities of
occupations in proportion to the abilities and properties of creative women”.

“Recognition of technological and sophisticated mothers of
elites for consolidation of the foundation of the family”, “cooperation in
quantitative and qualitative development of female student research centers”,
“cooperation in empowering and occupation of women in deprived and rural
regions through the development of creative businesses”, “cooperation in
recognition and introduction of three top Iranian female scholars every year
with the cooperation of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs,
vice presidency for women and family affairs, and ministry of science, research
and technology to introduce the role of Iranian women in science production and
support of development of businesses of technological couples for consolidation
of the foundation of the family, and implementation of promotional programs to
determine the role of women and family in the development of economy, society
and culture, especially the areas of creativity and technology”.

In this agreement, the executive programs of the agreement
in the next year have been presented as cooperation and support of creation of
two accelerators for women, cooperation and support of formation of corridors
of commercialization and empowering services in four rural and deprived
regions, cooperation in creation of information bank and network of creative
and technology women, implementation of the project to recognize and create the
foundation for use of the capacity of resident women of the country in
knowledge-based and creative companies, as well as innovation centers and
accelerators, support of formation and development of student research centers
in four rural and deprived regions, and cooperation in holding the festival to
select the top entrepreneurs in the area of recognition and introduction of top
creative women.
