Emphasizing that in recent years, the issue of studying deepwater technology as new water resources in this province was raised and implemented by the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology and cooperation with knowledge-based companies, he said: Exploitation of deep water in Sistan and Baluchestan began during these years and with the efforts of Iranian specialists and youth, wells were drilled for the first time with a depth of more than two to three thousand meters.

Sattari also stated: "During these few years, fundamental changes have been made in the field of university education, and universities and professors have moved towards influencing and communicating properly with the industry." These changes must also be made in the school education system. The Vice President of Science and Technology, stating that he is a graduate of Kamal High School, said: there should be more schools like Alborz and Kamal in the country to put the students in the right direction of education and apply their abilities.

The Vice President of Science and Technology added: "We must direct the investments of the private sector to the humanities, especially the research formed in this field." One of the issues that have bothered me is that the research in this field remains a library and does not use this direction to develop and introduce the country's culture to the world.

Sorena Sattari, Vice President for Science and Technology, noted at the ceremony that creative homes are the infrastructure for the commercialization of the humanities. He said: "We are trying to produce products and services that are effective in people's daily lives by forming creative and innovative houses, and children will grow up with these products from childhood." The Vice President of Science and Technology added: "Creative houses are considering the development of the humanities." Products must be produced that people are satisfied with and pay for.

Referring to Iran's progress in the field of biotechnology, the Vice President of Science and Technology said: One of the largest and safest ecosystems in the field of biotechnology in the region belongs to Iran and the domestic market of this technological field is profitable and rich. The head of the Biotechnology Development Headquarters said that traditional culture and government infrastructure should be combined with the technology and innovation ecosystem. The Vice President for Science and Technology also stated: "Our government structures are defined based on imports, and producers must prove themselves permanently in this system.".
