This morning, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, entered Sistan Baluchestan Province to visit the process of the innovation and technology ecosystem evaluation and latest scientific achievements of elites. In addition, Zahedan Technology Complex and innovation factory are among the programs of the one-day trip.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, This morning, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs was welcomed by the governor and some of the provincial authorities upon entering Sistan and Baluchestan Province. Sattari traveled to the province to follow up the level of advancement made in the technological projects in the area and accelerate scientific and technological activities in the province. Therefore, Sattari started the construction process of Zahedan Technology Complex and innovation factory during the trip.

In his last travel to Chabahar, Sattari attended a meeting with the senior managers of Sistan and Baluchestan Province and Chabahar Free Zone.

Sattari considered the capacities of the province to be suitable for joining the innovation ecosystem and announced the establishment of an innovation factory in the near future.

The executive operation of Zahedan Technology Complex and Innovation Factory will begin in 20,000 m² with the presence of the vice president for science and technology affairs. An atmosphere that is supposed to lead to the development of knowledge-based and startup activities in the province.

Opening a Creative House in Zahedan Science and Technology Park

Another part of the trip is opening Novgaam Technology Complex in an area of 6200 m² in Sistan and Baluchestan Science and Technology Park.

Visiting the exhibition of companies located in the province's science and technology park and opening the first phase of the energy park in 1,500 m² is another program that will be held in the presence of the vice president for science and technology affairs.

Opening a creative house with joint cooperation of the Science and Technology Park and Cultural Heritage Organization are other parts of the trip. Sattari will also visit the growth center an innovation center and a research center in the Islamic Azad University, Zahedan Branch. The opening of the ethanol production workshop in the Islamic Azad University, Zahedan branch, is another part of this trip.

Holding a Knowledge-based Economy and Production Leap Meeting

Visiting the teams based in the innovation and technology complex and technomart of Sistan and Baluchestan University will also occur during the trip. The complex was established with the aim of developing the technological activities of the students of Sistan and Baluchestan University.

In addition, Sattari will visit new business acceleration complex, and the trip will end with attending a knowledge-based economy and production leap meeting in Sistan and Baluchestan province. Meeting with the representative of the supreme leader and the Friday Imam of the province is another part of the trip.

Sattari will also open and assess some projects supported by the Vice-Presidency and will attend a press conference to talk about the results of his trip.
