According to the information center of national elites foundation, a
cooperation agreement was signed between the Vice-Presidency for science and
technology affairs and Keshavarzi Bank to develop knowledge-based products and
services, which confirms the payment of facilities to technological and
knowledge-based companies, especially in the area of agriculture and industry
from bank sources or national development foundation sources according to the
current regulations of bank. In addition, the capacity of executive instruction
for section G of article 4 of government contract guarantees will be used after
performing the necessary assessments by bank.

According to this report, payment of
facilities to knowledge-based and technological companies in the section of
industry and agriculture from bank or national development foundation sources
based on the current regulations of bank, cooperation in the establishment and
development of activities of venture capitals, use of potentials of guidance
network of investment of Keshavarzi bank for improvement of knowledge and
entrepreneurship skills in specialized financial areas and investment in
agriculture section, application of capacities of applied studies in areas of
creation and empowering of startups, financial technology, design of e-business
models in the agriculture section and cooperation for establishing and
empowering the system of collective financial supply in the agriculture bank
were among the articles of the agreement.

In addition, cooperation in the
establishment and development of venture capitals is another topic of the
agreement. Moreover, the potentials of investment guiding network of Keshavarzi
bank will be used to improve knowledge and skills of entrepreneurs in
specialized financial and investment areas of agriculture.

  On the
other hand, the capacities of applied studies will be exploited in areas of
formation and empowering of startups, financial technologies (Fintech) and
design of e-business model in the area of agriculture.

In addition, cooperation on the
establishment and empowering of the crowd funding system in the Keshavarzi bank
was another topic of the agreement.

Executive Method of Agreement

The cooperation higher council will be
formed to monitor the implementation of the agreement in the presence of the
high-ranking managers of the two parties of the agreement with the head of
representative of the Vice-Presidency. Each party of the agreement has a
maximum of two weeks after the signing of agreement to introduce its
representative to the cooperation higher council.

According to this report, duration of
cooperation was determined from the signing date to two years, which can be
extended by the agreement of the two parties.
