According to the information center of national elites foundation, a shipment of 40,000 coronavirus diagnosis kits was made to Germany by Pishtaz Teb Zaman Knowledge-based Company.
The company has had the experience of producing various detection kits for cancer markers, infectious diseases, and hormonal illnesses. The company has produced more than five biochemical kits.
Various export destinations such as Germany, Italy, Belgium, Brazil, South Korea and Turkey have already used the company's products.
Pishtaz Teb Co. was previously supported and introduced by the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs as a knowledge-based company “pioneering in realizing the knowledge-based economy”.
This country has 21 years of experience in the area of scientific activities. The company focused on the production of coronavirus diagnosis kits following the call made by the Vice-Presidency.
According to Behrooz Hajian Tehrani, the CEO of the company, this Iranian-made product has all the standards of a modern device in terms of accuracy, performance and diagnosis time and is similar to foreign devices.
In this regard, he marked: the diagnostic kits made by this company have been able to receive complex processes for obtaining a license in the country. The product then received a European CE license.
According to Hajian, the number of companies producing coronavirus diagnosis kits are 150. In this regard, he added: most of these companies are in China and the US and many advanced countries have still not been able to produce these kits.
The CEO of the company affirmed: the shipment made to Germany today includes 40,000 diagnosis kits.
Although the export license for corona detection kits has just been issued, we have received various requests from all over the world for purchase.
He continued: Turkey, Ecuador and Brazil, as well as Spain, are among the countries that have applied for Iranian-made coronavirus diagnosis kits.
