Patents are considered as a requirement for entry into international markets in the field of science and technology. In Iran, we can contact the law centers and their reputable offices directly for patent applications in different countries with the help of the patent association of the Vice-Presidency.

According to the information center of national elites foundation,Maybe in the last few years in our country, no attention was paid to patent registration in valid foreign offices. However, when knowledge-based companies began selling their products on the global market, they realized that patenting was an important issue to reach other countries. Invention and its registration is one of the requirements of selling products in international markets. The patent registration association of Iran has been active in the field of foreign patent registration in the past few years and has supported 90% of the invention registration processes.

During this time, the patent registration association has dedicated extensive efforts to the field, in a way that Iran has become one of the countries that can properly carry out the patent registration processes without a lawyer.

Patent writing has its own literature and now this knowledge is domesticized in the country.

Mahdi Zeyghami, the manager of the patent registration of the Vice-Presidency, stated that the knowledge of invention preparation has been native to the country in patent discussions, adding: for patent applications in different countries, we can directly contact law centers and patent offices in those countries and register patents in that country.

Requests submitted to the association after registration on the portal will be evaluated by a qualified team and then approved requests for registration will be backed up by reputable foreign offices. Patent filing can be done with the help of a lawyer, but it is a costly process that is difficult for the inventor to pay. Therefore, the association’s activities facilitate the passing of the route.
