The educational workshop of “road map for management of
business processes will be held by the efforts of the elites foundation of
Tehran province.

According to the information center of national elites
foundation, along with the activities for empowering of elite society, the
educational workshop of “road map for management of business processes will be
held by the efforts of the elites foundation of Tehran province to expand
educational programs for top elites, so that their level of knowledge could be
improved.

This workshop consists of six sections, including
persuasion and preparation, framing and identifying processes (along with
practical work), current condition of organizations (along with practical
work),
analyzing the gap, and designing the optimal situation (along
with practical work), improvement, evaluation and constant improvement and
BPMS. This event will be carried out with the cooperation of the scientific
business association of Iran.

In this workshop, participants will practically implement
a minimum of three business processes and will receive valid license at the
end. In addition, they can benefit from especial recommendations of experienced
instructor of the workshop.
