Human resources play the most part in realization of organizational missions

Chitsaz expressed: all organization’s assets, its specific abilities, organizational processes, features, as well as information and knowledge and whatever helps the foundation increase its efficiency by designing and implementing different strategies are considered as the foundation’s resources. However, none of them is as important as human resources.

Chitsaz expressed: all organization’s assets, its specific abilities, organizational processes, features, as well as information and knowledge and whatever helps the foundation increase its efficiency by designing and implementing different strategies are considered as the foundation’s resources. However, none of them is as important as human resources.


According to the information center of national elites foundation, the 32nd round of national meeting of heads of provincial elites foundations is held in the presence of the vice president, deputies and heads of the elites foundations.


During the meeting, Ehsan Chitsaz, the deputy for management and resource development, pointed out the important role of human resources in organizational and systematic success, stating: different resources play a role in development. However, none of them is as effective as human resources. This is why the Supreme Leader has constantly emphasized the importance of role of human resources in the formation of the national elites foundation.


He continued: the national elites foundation has aimed to identify, guide and support elites in the country so that they could promote to the excellence and advancement of the country.


Chitsaz also asserted: one of the important causes of organizational success is matching the capability of the human capital to the mission of the concerned organization. In fact, only by making this adjustment can the organization move its course toward the set goals.


The deputy for management and resource development marked: one of the most important causes of improved efficacy of individuals in the form of an organization is individual motivations, in a way that the best performance can be observed if individual motivations are in line with organizational goals. Therefore, aligning individual incentives and organizational missions is a necessity followed up by the performance management system of the national elites foundation.


Chitsaz affirmed: clarity of evaluation measures is necessary in the assessment of human resources performance. Moreover, since the evaluator considers a greater weight for new information, it is possible to predict sensitive phenomena in the evaluation system.


He also expressed: shortening the time periods between assessments increases the accuracy and quality of performance feedback.


The deputy for management and resource development considered determining of occupational missions and clarity in assessment as important factors in evaluation by the performance management system.


Chitsaz emphasized that changes in the budgeting system, the Foundation's comprehensive business plan, the preparation of the Foundation Services Catalog, the Validation and Evaluation Center, the elite coaching and strategic alignment are among the latest measures taken by the deputy for management and resource development.


It should be noted that the 32nd national meeting of heads of elites foundations was ended on September 26th, 2019.
