Chitsaz stated: provincial elites foundations can use their capacities to hold elite programs, such as Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project, by laying the foundation for synergy among inter-provincial organizations.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, in line with laying the foundation for more synergy among elite programs and given the special situation in the country (outbreak of coronavirus), improving the productivity and reducing costs were the main topics of the 33^rd meeting of heads of provincial elites foundations in the presence of the deputies of the national elites foundation held via a conference video call.

During the meeting, Ehsan Chitsaz, the deputy for management and resource development, pointed out increasing synergy between the constructions of costs and results of programs and activities of the national elites foundation, emphasizing: the executive policies of the foundation’s budget plan (2020) emphasize the national document of elites and results of programs in the next year. In this regard, less effective activities can be replaced with more creative activities.

Mentioning the two-fold attraction of public resources with the help of the Vice-Presidency, he added: there is no limit to running effective, creative and successful programs.

The deputy for management and resource development emphasized the importance of convergence of missions and budget structure of the foundation, mentioning the new structure of the national elites foundation and asserting: the foundation has defined its missions based on elite process foundation.

Chitsaz also marked: the new budget structure can play a significant role in realization of goals of the national elites document and facilitate the move toward effective elites.

Pointing out the necessity of holding empowerment and skills training programs at the level of future makers and elites, Chitsaz affirmed: the national elites foundation will support holding targeted creative programs at various levels. In addition, the provincial elites foundations can lay the foundation for synergy and convergence of inter-provincial organizations by using the facilities and resources of the province in holding creative programs. This can also increase the quality of activities of the players in the field.

In the end, the deputy for management and resource development expressed: the meeting was held as a video conference due to the special situation in Iran (coronavirus outbreak) in order to reduce the possibility of epidemic disease, improve productivity and reduce costs.

He also pointed out the implementation of a performance management system and its effect on the convergence of the individual aspirations of the staff and the missions of the foundation, adding: the performance management system significantly improves the resource efficiency of the foundation.

It is notable that the 33^rd meeting of heads of provincial elites foundations was supposed to be held in Qom.

The meeting was attended by Aria Alasti, the deputy of culture of the national elites foundation, Hasan Salarieh, deputy of future making of the national elites foundation, and Hossein Shojaei, the deputy of elites.
