The deputy of elites and the national elites foundation mentioned that effectiveness is one of the main indicators, expressing: if one has the necessary expertise but does not use it to achieve national goals, it cannot be considered elite.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, the fifth round of Alameh Tabatabaei Award and the first round of Literature and Qur’anic Elite Awards was held in the presence of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, and the vice president of the national elites foundation and deputies of the center, as well as some elites and figures of the country.

In the meeting, Aria Alasti, the deputy of culture of the national elites foundation, pointed out the various stations and stops of the elite route, elaborating on the elite from the point of view of the elite strategic document in domestic affairs. In this regard, he stated: according to this document, the elite is someone who has transformed the intrinsic capacities such as special talent and intelligence into the necessary expertise in the field of talent and has used it to promote human life and the country's highest goals as well as to make a positive impact.

He added: in elitism, influence is one of the key features that if one has the necessary expertise but does not use it to influence indigenous society and achieve national goals, it cannot be defined as elite.

Alasti continued: the mission of the elite system is to discover the best talents in childhood and to empower them in their youth so that they can influence the social environment. Honoring and respecting elite services is also one of the last elite missions on the elite path.

The deputy of culture of the national elites foundation asserted: the Alameh Tabatabaei Award has had a positive effect on the realization of national goals of the country. In addition, modeling the life of these people is another mission of the elite system.

Mentioning that the winners of the fifth round of Alameh Tabatabaei Award and the first round of Literature and Qur’anic Elite Awards are selected by valid scientific and research centers of the country, Alasti marked: none of these individuals have been self-declared, but all have been nominated by the country's prestigious scientific, research, literary and cultural institutions, based on clear and specific criteria in the elite National Foundation's by-laws in various scientific, literary and Qur'anic disciplines.

In the end, Alasti pointed out the importance of these awards, affirming: the president of the national elites foundation attended all elite selection meetings.
