The time spent in foreign countries by Iranian experts with the goal of education and knowledge acquisition and their return to the country is the topic of this infographic.

The project of cooperation with non-resident Iranian experts and scientists with the goal of knowledge and experience transfer to the country and creating effective communication between non-resident Iranian scientists and their domestic peers and scientific and technological centers has been designed by the Vice-Presidency and the national elites foundation.

The main goal of this mechanism is using the valuable experiences and knowledge of non-resident Iranian experts in the form of programs such as post-doctoral, sabbatical leaves, professors and technological activities with an emphasis on elite return.
