Speaking at the signing ceremony of a tripartite agreement between Sharif University, the National Petrochemical Company, and the Vice Presidency, Hossein Afshin highlighted the opportunities created by the Knowledge-Based Production Leap Law. 

 

Afshin emphasized the law's role in strengthening collaboration between academia and industry, involving nearly 80 academic members and researchers. 

 

He announced that the initiative’s first phase will be unveiled by the end of March, showcasing its potential to revolutionize industrial operations. 

 

He further disclosed that around 10 trillion tomans have been invested in the project, with significant returns expected over the next 40 to 50 years. 

 

Seyed Abbas Mousavi, President of Sharif University, expressed hope that this agreement would foster a productive partnership, leveraging the expertise of the university’s electronics and energy research institutes.
