Pointing out the progressive role of the elite in the development of the country, Aria Alasti stated: the elites must have the management of the transformation in the country, not just the management.
According to the information center of national elites foundation, Aria Alasti, the deputy of culture of the national elites foundation, expressed on the inauguration ceremony of the president of the elites foundation in Bushehr Province and mentioned the necessity of institutionalization of elite definitions in society, expressing: a person with high IQ or expertise in a particular field is not necessarily elite.
He added: while necessary, expertise and IQ are not the only criteria for defining an elite.
Alasti asserted that elite comes from selection, affirming: being selected is one of the features of elites. A person selected in an area in the society has the ability to make a change. This person should be selfless and think about others and prioritize their decisions over their own.
The deputy of culture of the national elites foundation claimed: elitism is not about trying to achieve personal life goals anymore. In this sense, many people are highly specialized but have not reached the elite, the purpose of elite is to help others achieve their goals.
Pointing out the necessity of making a change, he continued: there are many elites in Bushehr province, who have made several changes.
Pointing out that being an elite means having several features, Alasti marked: if the country wants to move to excellence, it needs proponents. These proponents are, in fact, the elites who, according to the supreme leader's statement, should be in charge of managing the country's transformation, not merely managing it.
Alasti also expressed: the foundation is able to discover, recognize and nurture talented individuals. In fact, the national elites foundation does not make scientific planning instead of the ministry of science and does not intervene with academic missions. In fact, it is a coordinating and planning unit that interacts with other sectors to facilitate the path of elite generation.
In the end, Alasti emphasized the necessity of continuing the path with a higher speed and quality, mentioning: laying the foundation for effectiveness of elites and their role-playing is an important act that must be prioritized.
