Mahmoud Saadat Foumani considered signing a cooperation agreement between the National Elites Foundation and Iran national science foundation as the start of more cooperation between these two organizations to support research and researchers.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, the meeting for signing a cooperation agreement between the national elites foundation and Iran national science foundation was held in the presence of Mahmoud Saadat Foumani, the vice president for the national elites foundation, and Iman Eftekhari, the head of Iran national science foundation.

On this meeting, Saadat pointed out the necessity of increasing cooperation between organizations to more support the elite and researchers’ community, stating: we hope that the signing of this agreement will result in more cooperation between the organizations in line with the support of research and researchers.

He continued: given the synergy of missions of these centers, other joint programs can be defined and implemented in addition to support of post-doctoral projects.

Saadat Foumani also marked: given that research does not always produce the desired results, support for research is considered a risky measure, so supporting post-graduate researchers is one of the most important tasks in the elite field.

Elites Are the Best Researchers

Aria Alasti, the deputy of culture of the national elites foundation, pointed out that Iran national science foundation can define joint projects in three elite path sections, adding: the activation of the Science Promotion Department has created a good potential for expanding collaborative partnerships.

Pointing out that elites are the best researchers, Alasti reminded: given the synergy of missions of the national elites foundation and Iran national science foundation, these two centers can define joint cooperation in other fields as well.
