Zahedan Creative House has been opened using specialized marketing, designing, and packaging handicraft centers to introduce the handicrafts of Sistan and Baluchestan Province in global markets.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, Sistan and Baluchestan province with an area of 180,000 square kilometers is one of the largest provinces in the country. Adjacent to the Oman Sea and having a strategic port of Chabahar is one of the valuable assets of this province. The Vice-Presidency has aimed to develop occupation in the region by relying on the dynamic and active human resources in the province.

Farid Shahmoradi, the manager of creative industries innovation center of Zahedan Science and Technology Park and the executive of Zahedan Creative House, stated: the house has 10 sales offices of the province's handicraft brands and 10 offices for creative teams that have just started operating.

Empowerment programs in the field of handicrafts and mentoring (counseling and guidance) in the field of art and creative industries are carried out in this center. The center houses a variety of startups that specialize in handicrafts.

The Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs has aimed to use technology leverage, employment and entrepreneurship in the province.
