“The Jihadi Center for the Development of Railway Company” is opened to optimize the domestic abilities used to eliminate barriers to rail transportation development in the country. The opening ceremony of the center was attended by Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, and Mohammad Eslami, the minister of road and construction.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, The center has aimed to reduce reliance of external resources, increase the exploitation of domestic capacities in the field and use the expertise and abilities of the innovative workforce to eliminate rail transportation problems.

During the ceremony, Sattari stated: in the new management period, Rail Road Company focuses on the issue of innovation and using the power of knowledge-based companies to solve the problems and problems of rail transportation.

According to Sattari, reliance of domestic and knowledge-based abilities during the time of sanctions is the only way to deal with economic hardship.

The vice president for science and technology affairs added: a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Vice-Presidency and the Rial Road Company to develop the concept of innovation and use technology in domestic issues related to rail transportation.

In addition, Mohammad Eslami, the minister of road and construction, pointed out the establishment of the “Jihadi Center for the Development of Railway Company”: it is necessary to establish such a center in all departments. This will lead to the proper use of the country's scientific resources to solve problems.
